Quinoa Pizza Crust
2 1/2 Cup Quinoa Flour
1 Cup Chia Seed
1 Cup Water
4 Tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
Mix all ingredients together in mixer. Dough will be slightly wet.
Press dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll flat.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
Top with Creamy Pesto Sauce, pizza toppings and rebake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees
NOTE: This is a thin crust. This recipe goes great as a flatbread/cracker as well as a pizza crust.
